Returns/Refunds

• Original Art Works: 2 week return policy. Since Original artworks are returned at the artist's discretion, before returning artwork, contact MelissaCarrelliart@gmail.com and the artist will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

• Pet Portraits: 7 day return ( at artist's descretion) 10% of payment is non-refundable

• Classes/Activities:  Must have 48 hour notice for canceling a scheduled class.  Canceling/Rescheduling is always appreciated.

• In the unlikely event Melissa must cancel an event, Full Refunds are granted to all participants signed up for class.

• Return Shipping is paid by customer; however, original shipping costs will be included in the refund.
